whats the difference?

We get asked this a lot.........
The risk assessment process is a legal obligation and identifies any areas where there is potential for risk / the growth of legionella bacteria.

The testing process takes physical samples of your water and examines them to see if the legionella bacteria is present. This may be necessary due to issues raised in the risk assessment.
